financial, Inc. is a Missouri only mortgage brokerage firm who
specializes in investment property first mortgage loans. Our programs
are designed to help investors purchase multifamily buildings,
with very little out of pocket cost. Our lending limits are from
$20,000 to $20,000,000.
We

to the type of loans that we offer. We continually strive to improve
our response time from loan application to closing, and we are
proud of our proven track record for closing all loans within
